Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, if there is an error in the shipping address or quantity, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once processed, orders cannot be modified.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that TryDeloura does not cover return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged or replacement product to arrive may vary.
Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order must be collected from the courier’s local office corresponding to the delivery address.
If the customer is notified and fails to collect the order within the given timeframe, we are not responsible for the package and no refund will be possible.
Risk of Loss
Please note that all purchases made with TryDeloura are subject to a shipping contract.
The risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier has successfully delivered the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows they have been delivered.

We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or returns if you suspect a product has caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition.
Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
All replacement items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned — no exceptions.
